- All Carlton Wellness Center classes are included in Membership fee.
- Classes sponsored by other organizations may have an additional fee.
- All Memberships include a free one-hour session with our personal trainer.
- Financial assistance is available on a Sliding Fee Scale for people 65 + years old with a demonstrated need, as determined by our guidelines (Please see associate for additional information)
- Family Memberships are for two or more members, partners and/or their legal dependents ages 12-20 that live in the same household and provide evidence of living together on a permanent basis. Children aged 12-16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. We reserve the right to request documentation to support relationship, age or dependent status.
- Sales tax not included in membership pricing.
- Our membership is month-to-month. New memberships require a $60 Initiation Fee. Accounts may be frozen for up to two months without incurring an additional $60 Initiation Fee.
